As you know, before I begin searching for a new employee with specific skills, I always ask you and other partners if you know anyone.. I just believe in keeping it in the family, so to speak.

I am looking for a promotions manager, but very specifically in radio and television. The selected candidate will be responsible for production and promotion of 30 second TV and radio spots, both for local markets promoting a specific time / date/ location for seminar speakers, and national spots for promoting a new site.

Our deal (part 1)

Even though I don't like addressing issues like this prematurely, I'm going to do so now anyways because I continue to receive questions and concerns on this topic. So...

Immediately after closing, and obviously before my company sends checks to anyone, I will require all team/ group leaders who may have received loans from partners to submit to me complete documentation, details to be revealed later, on everyone who made a loan directly to them. As you know I have always promised no one will be left out, and this is just one way I will double verify who gets how much.

This measure of course is only applicable to leaders who I will be paying one lump sum to so they may disburse to their group / partners.

Some leaders and I have already resolved my company will pay their partners directly.

Our deal (part 2)

From John J., he sent me an interesting note about a company that already has done an IPO (Initial Public Offering) through the issue of tokens.

I mention this to you only because Wednesday's update spoke at length about tokens and NFTs being a way in which our seller has incorporated into his corporate bylaws a methodology through taking his companies (but under one umbrella) public and bypassing the stock exchanges and the big banks. 

In other words, totally cutting out the middle man for maximum profit.

After all, our seller (and of course I concur), believe if you are a high tech company you darn well better practice high tech.

And this from Ken R., who thought it might be helpful for anyone to further understand NFTs and how through their use the conversion of a physical asset into a digital asset is accomplished and the marketing efficiency of doing so.  You should learn about this topic at this link.

Lots of things are still happening, but for now have a great, relaxing weekend!  Sorry for the brevity of today's update, I am smack dab in the middle of a pre-launch and can hardly keep up, however... All is well!
