Telephone Scammer
Please see this email from Gina K. and beware.
Understand whoever this person is, they absolutely positively did not
get any phone numbers from me, even by hacking. I know this for a fact
because I do NOT have phone numbers for any of my partners even though
those partners made their personal loans / pledge with a credit card.
My merchant account only passed through date, amount, name, and email.
AND NO PHONE NUMBER.
I suspect anyone receiving a call as described below had their phone
number somehow listed in some group forum. But it was not ever provided
by me, or any information on any partner for that matter. Further, we
have not accepted personal loans by credit card or any other means for
nearly six months now.

SCAM 🚨 ALERT
Last night both myself and one of our team members received multiple
late night calls from a person calling himself James Meyers from a
phone number in Harrison Valley Pennsylvania using phone numbers
814.334.2512 and 814-334-2515.
This random caller stated he was with the Mike G Deal organization and
that the last credit card payment to Mike G didn't go through.
He further stated if you don't want to miss out on the Mike G payout you needed to pay him (this James Meyers) $1500 right now!
THIS IS A LIE AND A SCAMMER!

Despite my request in every single update where I ask all partners not to email me with
- questions about the update
- clarification of the update
- interpretation of the update
- and more
Out of courtesy and respect I have up until now continued to reply to
my partners and, not surprising, a few interpret my reply as an
invitation to begin a dialogue by email, and I've had as many as nine
back-and-forths.
Please understand I am overwhelmed. I just cannot keep up. It
doesn't seem to matter how late in the day I work including Saturdays,
and yes, even Sundays, I just cannot keep up.
So, effective immediately, and do not be offended... I WILL NO LONGER
REPLY TO ANY EMAIL REGARDING ANY UPDATE, OR ANYTHING IN THE UPDATE.
I may however, if I receive an email regarding clarification , make
that clarification in a subsequent update. But of course I will no
longer provide/answer one-on-one clarification to any updates as stated
above.
Also, for my own sanity and Dr. ordered stress relief suggestions (just
yesterday) I'm giving serious thought to sending updates only when
there is something new to share.
I will make this decision after today's update and I see how many
people are still refusing to respect my requests. You see, every update
inspires a flurry of emails from people I call 'full timers' almost
immediately, and then from people I call 'part timers' beginning at 5pm
Eastern and often until midnight and later, then even more the next
day, again after every update.
I'm sorry but if this continues I will and must cease sending updates
twice a week, and only send updates when something material needs to be
shared.
Our deal
Interesting news...
Thursday morning Pacific time, our seller was asked to board an
airplane to Hawaii to meet with people from the Central bank in South
Korea and... the Ol' Man. You know, the gentleman who is the man behind
his banks involvement and coordinated the other Central banks as well.
I've spoken of him many times.
He wanted to meet with our seller immediately so our seller left
yesterday a.m. to Hawaii for this meeting. I think he is in the process
of returning today.
So the meetings began yesterday as soon as the seller arrived in Hawaii.
Frankly, I'm very excited to tell you this.
As you know our deal has been on hold a few weeks pending the banks and
the buyers requirement of the seller to obtain the exclusive marketing
rights to a particular product to which I have also commented on
several times.
Further, and I do not have all the details, the seller was informed one
of the five original buyers has been replaced with a new #5 buyer.
I think I know why this happened but it would only be conjecture thus
would not be fair for me to offer an opinion based on conjecture. As
you know how I feel about this and all the ignorant people out there
who seek to cause damage to our deal by doing exactly this. So I will not guess at the why!
Anyway, our new buyer #5, whether voted on by the original buyers or
bought out the original #5, is far more substantially wealthier and
politically connected than the buyer being replaced.
This is very good news for us!
Also, I'm told because of a variety of advances in technology, since we
began all of this, and other internal things meaning things relative to
all of the companies being included in the sale under one umbrella, and
at the request of our new buyer #5, the original deal is somehow being
restructured.
And please don't worry about any restructuring taking years... With the
enthusiasm of the new super-wealthy buyer #5, I'm confident things will
move forward as quickly as possible - HOWEVER, I DO NOT HAVE A TIME
LINE.
PLEASE DO NOT ASK ME ABOUT THIS AS I DO NOT KNOW THE DETAILS!
WHEN I KNOW, YOU WILL KNOW SHORTLY THEREAFTER!
Finally, my last comment regarding our deal is this...
I expect now our seller will begin in earnest all the legal work
required to provide the collateral (remember collateral is not payment)
and this may take some time I'm told.
Just like my schedule there always seems to be one new interruption, or
one new emergency, one after another, non stop. No doubt in my
mind our seller lives a very similar work life.

Wednesday and Friday updates, I'll send out a special update.
Otherwise just let the people who are doing what they do, the varitable
army of people who are involved, and let me do my job, and I promise
you, I will.
